Terms and Conditions
Our Contract to you.Upon receipt of your completed order we will send you a confirmation email containing the details of your order, you can always check your account for any orders placed. Your order will then be processed and shipped according to your requested delivery address and an email will be sent to advise of its shipping. We will only ship to addresses within the UK and to persons of 18 years or more with a suitable payment type. If we are experiencing high demand for products which you have ordered we will always keep you informed of the situation via email.
Pricing & Availability.
The prices shown on the website all include VAT as required and are all correct and up to date. If there any pricing errors or some stock levels are incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order and advise you of this by email.
Faulty/Missing Items.
If when you receive your delivery you find that any of the items are damaged, missing or incorrect you will need to notify us at info@moreforpets.ltd.uk within 24 hours so that appropriate action can be performed. Faulty items under warranty need to be notified to info@moreforpets.ltd.uk as soon as noticed so that they can be returned for assessment. Once a fault has been diagnosed the item can be repaired or replaced as necessary. If no fault is found then you will be liable for return postage costs.
Website.
Images on the website are for illustration purposes only, actual products may vary slightly, and where colours are variable this will be stated clearly on the product details. If any insertion errors have been made we have the right to cancel any orders, if an incorrect price has been shown and charged to you we will immediately refund your card and contact you.
Your account and registering details.
You are responsible for keeping any passwords to your account secure. If you are using a communal computer please log on each time, do not set to remember password.
