Delivery of your order
Delivery is free on any order over £29.99 and under 30kg in weight within the mainland United Kingdom.
We have calculated the cost of our delivery charges to be as fair as possible to all customers. We do not aim to make money on the delivery cost of items.
Any orders weighing up to 1kg will be charged at £2.99 towards the cost of postage and packaging and will usually be sent with Royal Mail First Class Post.
All orders weighing between 1kg - 29.99kg will be charged at £4.99 towards the cost of postage and packaging. These will be sent using City Link Couriers or Royal Mail First Class Services - bulky packages may be sent using Yodel Couriers.
We will inform you of which service they have left us with when they have been despatched in the "Despatched" email that you will receive from us. From time to time other couriers may be used and we will inform you of this as necessary. Delivery is free on any order over £29.99 and under 30kg in weight within the mainland United Kingdom.
Delivery Surcharges.
Orders between 30kg - 99.99kg will cost an additional £10 delivery charge to mainland UK addresses.
Orders between 100kg - 200kg will cost an additional £25 delivery charge to mainland UK addresses.
Orders over 200kg will be charged a pallet rate of £50 for delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Some items are despatched directly from manufacturers and are subject to their delivery terms, there is no extra delivery cost and these items will be marked as such on the product details.
Regional Surcharges.
We regret that we do have to implement some surcharges to rural and offshore regions within the United Kingdom, these are representative of the charges that we incur from our couriers. Delivery prices quoted above are for most UK Mainland addresses. Most orders below 2kg will not be affected by these surcharges as we will use Royal Mail First Class Post for delivery of these items.

Orders under 2kg to all UK addresses will be UNAFFECTED by surcharges and will be sent with Royal Mail.

Delivery Times.
Once your package is shipped the delivery times are in the control of the delivery company, but please contact us if you feel there are any issues. We use Royal Mails First Class Services which are usually next working day to most areas, City Link services are next working day to most areas and are all trackable. Yodel courier service is usually a 48 hour service as standard.
Processing Orders.
All orders must be sent to the address where you card is registered. Any orders received before 12 noon will be processed the same day and deliveries arranged, orders received after this time will be processed the following working day and deliveries arranged. Please note we will not process on weekends or Bank Holidays therefore any times ordered after 12 noon on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. If you are out when the parcel is delivered the courier will leave a card notifying you of attempted delivery and contact details for you to re-arrange the delivery at a more suitable time for yourself.
Responsibility for incorrect address details resulting in non delivery will not be taken by us and you maybe recharged the return delivery to us.No party will be liable for failure to deliver as a result of an act of nature such as floods or other natural disasters. Late Deliveries or Lost Parcels. In the unusual position of your order failing to arrive please send us an email to
info@moreforpets.ltd.uk with your order number and we will contact our couriers. Any cancelled order after despatch will incur a re-delivery cost to your account to return the parcel to our depot. Any refusal to accept your parcel will also incur a return to depot fee. Damaged Deliveries If any of your items should arrive damaged in any way please contact us as soon as possible at
info@moreforpets.ltd.uk including photographs of the damaged item and the packaging that it arrived in so that we can pass it on to the courier. Please do not return the item to us unless instructed by us to do so. Any damaged items should be kept until the credit process has been completed.
